As your first point of contact in your new home search, there’s no one you’d rather have on your side than Brittany, an employee who’s just as kind as she is hardworking and knowledgeable.
We sat down with Brittany to talk about her background, what most people don’t know about her, and what she loves most about working at JC Jackson Homes. We can’t wait for you to get to know her!
What’s your role with JC Jackson Homes? What do you love most about working here?
I am JC Jackson Homes’ Online Sales Counselor & Marketing Coordinator. I love most that everyone is family. Whether it’s our team members, their families, our homeowners, our vendors… everyone is special to us. I love the service we provide to our community and cherish those who let us be a part of the next step in their family… a new home!
Where did you grow up? Tell us about your family!
I grew up in Florida! I lived in Punta Gorda until I was a teenager, then I moved to Leesburg to our family cattle farm for high school. I am an only child, my late father was a healthcare contractor, and my mother now resides in her hometown of Lakeland. My husband transferred to the Navy after 10 years in the Marine Corps which brought us to North Carolina (and me to JC Jackson Homes), and we now reside in Washington State with our 2 doggos.
How do you spend your free time? What do you do to relax?
Ironically, my husband and I have been renovating our home for the last 2 years and that takes up the majority of our free time, but we love it! Additionally, I love to read and I swim for a Masters Team.
What do you wish other people knew about JC Jackson Homes?
That we genuinely care about each and every client as if they are family to us, as well as the home we build for them!
What would someone be surprised to know about you?
My maiden name is Spears… yes, Brittany Spears! And I live in Washington, not North Carolina!

My husband, Scott. He is incredibly passionate and driven in every aspect of his life. He also deeply cares about everyone he meets and pushes them to be the best versions of themselves… especially me.
What inspires you and your work?
Our clients continue to inspire me every day. We get to build them a home — not just a house — and seeing that come to life inspires me to be the best I can be at my job!
